1. You call us
You may call us at any time that is convenient for you. Our consultant will record the cause of failure of the device and your contact details. If we don’t answer the phone, leave us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
2. Arrival and Diagnosis
We offer free pick-up to our surrounding community. Otherwise, we ask that you drop off or ship your device if we aren’t working on-site. Once we have the device, we’ll diagnose the issue. We’ll then send you a quote for the repairs.
Once the repairs are agreed upon, we’ll get right to work. We only use genuine parts straight from the manufacturer, so you know you are receiving quality parts with the manufacturer’s warranty.
4. Return to the specified address
After a repair is completed, we’ll contact you. We’ll either deliver the device back to you, you can pick it up during business hours, or we can ship it back to you (if you shipped it to us).
